The mission of BDDCentral is to offer a safe and supportive place to communicate and learn, educate the public through outreach programs, and offer updated resources (such as an up-to-date treatment provider directory and recommended literature) to help sufferers and their loved ones. You are invited to participate in a study examining specific and core beliefs in individuals with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disoder (OCD) and controls. Anyone is welcome to participate. By investigating the specific and core beliefs in BDD, and OCD this will assist in developing more tailored and effective cognitive-behavioral treatment for these sometimes debilitating disorders. By participating in this study, you get a free diagnostic test and will help us gain insight into the cognitive nature of BDD and OCD. Daily Mail Needs Females From the UK to Speak Out |

The Female section of the Daily Mail are running a feature on the realities of living with BDD. They are looking for four women willing to speak openly and honestly about living with BDD. The most challenging part will be the photoshoot, which is being held in a London studio on Monday.
